1st Anniversary

Our first wedding anniversary came so fast! I guess chasing a toddler helps to make the time fly. We celebrated with a simple date night out to dinner and theater. But I really wanted to do something special to commemorate the day. So I hauled out some old decor and made a pretty dessert table just for us complete with cookies, champagne from our actual wedding, and our anniversary tier. 

As you can see my hubby fully enjoyed being able to smash me in the face with the cake this time. I warned him not to play our wedding because of pictures, but this time he went full out. It was a mess, but so fun!
