Bachelorette Weekend: Bachelorette Party and Shower in hotel room

Held at a condo resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, it was my goal to make the weekend as fun and easy going as possible. There were decorating restrictions because it was held in a hotel room, but it was still cute and fun for all involved.

The bachelorette event included lingerie cookies by The Mad Cookier in Tallahassee, FL, a champagne bar complete with berries and orange juice, and and candy bar. Guests were also treated to a survival bag filled with water, Gatorade, snacks, mints, Chapstick, Tylenol, hair ties, and a water bottle. Guests also received their own personalized wine glass for the weekend in their favorite colors. 

The lingerie shower, held the morning after a night on the town, was filled with pastries, fruit, and veggies to munch on. Setup with a hangover is not highly recommended. Guests were treated to personalized mason jar mugs and tiny favor boxes filled with candy.

Pink, Teal, Purple, Green 1st Birthday

My sweet girl turned one on October 22, 2012 and we celebrated with a fun party for family and close friends. She hadn't really grown too fond of any characters or books yet, so I decided to pick some bright colors as the theme. 

Tissue paper garland and pretty Daisy and lime wedge centerpiece a brought a ton of color to my backyard. A bright and delicious cake by Cakes by Cyndi in Springfield, SC was featured with colorful candies on the dessert table. Kiddie favors were personlized silly cups. And a memory box was on display to fill with cards and keepsakes from Charlee's first year.
